The PM replies that government "does understand that", but says it would wait until the final report with all the information available before making final decisions.
Rishi Sunak is asked if the government acknowledges and accepts that the second interim report published on 5 April this year "constitutes the chair's complete recommendation on compensation - that is his final report on the question of what compensation should be payable and to whom".
